Peter is a chartered surveyor who worked in both the public and private sector before teaching land law at Birmingham City University in the Birmingham School of the Built Environment. Having retired from full time academia he is now a self-employed freelance tutor and examiner for a number of academic institutions. He is also a trustee and performer for Kaleidoscope Theatre Company, a small charity based in Shropshire working with young people with Downs Syndrome though drama, and a governor of a local Academy School. He has been a part of Edward’s Trust for over 20 years and his particular interest is in working with and supporting the Trust’s team of volunteers. In his spare time he enjoys ‘coaching’ the England Rugby Squad from the comfort of his armchair or the terraces at Twickenham.
