Supporting families across the Black Country and beyond
We understand the importance of accessible bereavement support. Our outreach support service in the Black Country ensures that families in Dudley, Wolverhampton and Sandwell can receive specialist care without the need to travel long distances. We also offer outreach support to families in Erdington. By offering support in community-based locations we reduce travel time, making it easier for individuals to access the help they need.
Our outreach support provides advice, information, training and specialist counselling for bereaved parents, children and young people aged 4-24 years who have lost a parent, grandparent, significant carer, sibling or close friend. Each service is tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring compassionate and professional care that truly makes a difference.
While our main site in Edgbaston offers a broader range of services, our Black Country outreach locations bring expert bereavement counselling and emotional support closer to home. If you’re unsure whether now is the right time to seek support, our team is here to offer initial guidance and advice in the early stages of bereavement.
Due to capacity or other factors, on rare occasions we may not be able to offer the support in the community and may ask you to attend our Edgbaston office.
