After attending a recent open event (admittedly by accident) I was moved by the amazing and difficult work Edward’s Trust undertakes and realised that this is a cause I would like to support. I have been truly moved by the stories of success and I look forward to working with and supporting the Trust in the future.
A little bit about me… I was born and bred in Yorkshire, schooled in the USA and moved to the Midlands to attend University.
I have been heavily involved in business in the West Midlands for nearly 25 years. Having worked in the apprenticeship training sector I am passionate about supporting young people to develop their skills and careers. This experience has allowed me to develop a wide business network, and I feel this will allow me to introduce a wider audience to the excellent work that Edward’s Trust does.
I have 2 daughters, Beatrice aged 11 and Florence aged 8, and recognise the invaluable support the Trust offers to parents.
Being invited to become a patron of Edward’s Trust is both an honour and a privilege, and I am so pleased to have the opportunity to give something back to the wider community.
