’31 in 31′ – Amazing supporters & amazing fundraising

bereavement services for parents, children and families in the west midlands

Incredible challenges, incredible impact – Over £10,000 raised!

We have now reached the end of October and our ’31 in 31′ challenge month and have been blown away by the support, commitment, creativity, physical efforts and determination shown by our wonderful volunteers. We’ve had over 20 supporters take part and also participants from BNI (Business Networking International) BOB (Business over Breakfast) and TBS (The Binding Site) We’ve had such an fabulous breadth of challenges including: walking, cycling, yoga, a different activity every day, writing 31 verses of poetry, going sober for 31 days and losing 31mm around the waist!

The money is still coming in, but we are amazed and thankful that our supporters have managed to fundraise over £10,000 for Edward’s Trust!! (Far more than last years ’30 in 30′!) This is tremendous and will enable us to offer over 200 hours of support to bereaved families in the West Midlands at a time when they need it the most.

We are extremely grateful for all our volunteers and fundraisers and miss seeing their beautiful faces. The image in this post shows just a few of them…. THANK YOU for being an important part of our Edward’s Trust family. x
