Welcoming Jo Brandon – Bringing expertise and compassion to our team

We are really pleased to welcome Jo Brandon to the team at Edward’s Trust. Jo will be one of Children & Young People’s Counsellors and brings with her a wealth of skills and experience. Jo has worked in a number of settings including social work, a private residential rehabilitation centre, a university and an advocacy charity with people of all ages from 5 – 70. Over the years she has gained a lot of experience of working with survivors of childhood abuse and domestic abuse and is also a trained Freedom Programme Facilitator.

Jo lives with her partner, two young daughters and their rescue cat Ned. In her spare time she tries to spend as much time as possible outdoors enjoying gardening, coastal walking and swimming. She has also been renovating an old house which has proved to be a labour of love!

Jo says, ‘I am delighted to be working at Edwards Trust as I wanted to be part of a charity that works for an unlimited time with families. As a counsellor I have always wanted to make a difference and I believe Edwards Trust does exactly that!’

Welcome Jo!
